Shipping Information

All our products are made to order and carefully handcrafted.

Standard processing time: 3-5 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays)
For paper art Art Piece processing time: 10-14 working days

Shipping Duration

Malaysia: 2 - 3 days for West Malaysia / 5-7 days for East Malaysia
International: 7-14 working days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or festive seasons.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on location.

Custom & Personalized Orders

As all customized items are specially created based on your photos and requests, please review your order details carefully before placing an order.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not allowed.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect photos provided by the customer
Personal preference after completion

Damage or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives:

Damaged during shipping, or
With an error made on our part

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include:

Clear photos of the product
Your order number

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or solution accordingly.
